Is it OK for a campus pastor to go visiting the church female members in their hostels alone?

I was actually talking to an hostel mate and she was gisting me about the pastor at her former campus fellowship, how he relates closely with them to the extent of paying them personal visitations.......damn....

imagine the pretty girl in a bum short sitting across the bed with the young pastor. Body no be Stone nau.. And devil works in mysterious ways I tell you....
