Does A Doctor Have The Right To Test A Patient For HIV Without Informing Them?

Dear NL, I went to a chemist to explain my health challenges but was referred to see a doctor in a nearby clinic.

When I got to the clinic, being my first time ever to visit a normal hospital set up, I was confused with protocol however got to see the doctor and gave him all the answers to the numerous questions he asked.

He told me that I should run some test including taking sample from my vagina.

I was told to come for the results the next day which I did. Before now, my boyfriend has done some test and insisted I should see a doctor.

When I got to the doctor for my results and probably to start up treatment, the doctor was in his office, strangely he stood up and hugged me warmly. I was like could it be because of my new hairdo or makeover?

He offered me a seat and raised a topic off the main issue why I came.

I wasn't moved until he keep talking as if he wanted to tell me that I failed an exams. Curiosity were all over me until he finally told me that I have the deadly virus.(HIV)

The gum I was chewing just fell off my mouth, I started sweating on my palms and nose. I held the chair firmly for support but was almost dead.

He told me that it was for my best interest to know now than later when I might come down with bigger signs and symptoms.

I never told him to include HIV test,

I can barely eat since then.

I have lost weight.

I see the doctor as a monster.

Please advise me on what to do.

Taxi Driver Arrested For Having Loud S₤x In A Taxi

A taxi driver, believed to be in his 30's, has been arrested for having loud s₤x in his taxi. What makes it even worse is that he was intoxicated at the same time.

He was traveling with a woman to Suame in the Ashanti Region's capital, Kumasi, Ghana. Landlord Rape 8year Old Tenant daughter

MADAM Bola (surname withheld) moved into a new accommodation at Sakapena, Idi-Arere area of Ibadan, Oyo State about seven months ago but she never envisaged her recent discovery that her eight-year-old daughter (names withheld) could have been having sexual intercourse. And no other person was accused of involvement than her landlord, Mr Aderemi Babatunde a.k.a Baba Sango, a Sango worshipper.

The landlord, who was initially arrested by detectives from Mapo police station, was transferred to the Department of Criminal Investigation, Iyaganku, Ibadan where he was interrogated by detectives to ascertain his culpability on the allegation against him or otherwise.

Information gathered by Crime Reports revealed that Madam Bola reported at Mapo police station on February 17, 2015 that she left her daughter with a neighbour along the street where she lived while she went to purchase some items.

To her surprise, on her return, she met her daughter at home. In response to her question on why she left the place she was asked to stay, the young girl told her mother that it was Baba Sango who called her to his shrine, pulled off her pants and inserted his finger into her private part. Not yet done, the girl further alleged that the man removed his trousers and put his manhood in her private part.

She stated further that Baba Sango used a black and white handkerchief to wipe her private part and gave the handkerchief to one man she simply called Baba Fila, who used to sell men’s cap. She disclosed that it was not the first time Baba Sango had had carnal knowledge of her, as the action had been going on for some months.

Medical examination conducted at State Hospital, Adeoyo revealed that the girl had a bruised vagina wall with her hymen broken.

But Baba Sango denied the allegation, saying the girl was too young for him to have had sex with her. He also said he had two wives and had no reason to seek pleasure from a girl whose age mates are his own children.

“I am popularly known as Baba Sango because I am a Sango worshipper. I live at Sakapena, Idi Arere in a house that belonged to my grandfather but which I inherited from my father. I have two wives and children from both. I do divination for people and attend to their problems.

“On Tuesday, February 17, 2015, I was at home when my tenant brought policemen and I was taken to Mapo police station. It was there I heard that my tenant reported that her daughter woke her up in the early hours of the day and told her that I had been having carnal knowledge of her since 2014.

“I wondered how an eight-year-old girl would say I was doing such a thing with her and no one would have noticed us and be a witness. I never did anything to the girl; her mother was my tenant,” Baba Sango said.

He went further: “In the early hours of that Tuesday, we just heard the woman beating her daughter. She collided with the door of my wife’s room, which made us wake up with a start. My wife came out to see what was happening, followed by me. When I saw that the beating was meaningless, I went back into the room, and my wife followed me shortly after. That was all I knew until I saw police in the afternoon.”

Crime Reports pointed at the victim’s consistent statement on the issue and the fact that medical report indicated that the little girl’s hymen had been broken, but Baba Sango replied that he was surprised at the tackles given him by the girl. “Whatever is hidden to man is exposed before God. Nobody can say exactly how this thing happened. I have never touched the girl. Even I had never sent her on an errands, since I have my own children. The mother just moved into my house on August 20, 2014.

“The girl confronted me with the allegation but I didn’t do anything with her. I am ready to swear over this issue,” he replied.

On the suspicion that the suspect intended to use the girl for a charm by sleeping with her, Baba Sango continued to deny the allegation, saying it was ridiculous that people would think that he was sleeping with such a young girl. Reminded that there had been similar cases in the past involving younger girls, Baba Sango insisted: “I did not do anything with this girl.”

Crime Reports learnt that the suspect had been arraigned in court and had been remanded in prison custody until the next adjournment date.

‘I held meetings with snakes': Shocking Confessions Of Former Super Eagles Idah Peterside

A startling interview conducted several years ago with former Super Eagles goalkeeper and SuperSport football analyst turned Pastor, Idah Peterside, has surfaced online.

Among other things, the ex-soccer star reveals his haunting journey into occultism, how his first marriage crashed and his relationship with controversial pastor T.B. Joshua.

“It was so bad for me that I even went into demonic worship; I was involved in occultism and people didn’t know,” Peterside told Nigerian Vanguard Newspapers in an exclusive interview in May 2009.

“I did all that because I wanted money and fame which were not coming. My case was so bad that I used to have meetings with snakes. Mine was top class; it was crazy.”

Explaining how he delved into the dark world of occultism, the popular football analyst revealed, “While we were preparing for Rivers ’88 in Port Harcourt, we were camped in a school called Enitonia High School and the school didn’t have a good toilet. On a particular day while I was going to the toilet near a building, I heard a voice say, ‘We want to bless you if you work for us’. Then I said, ‘Who are you?’ And the voice said, ‘Turn to your left’. When I turned, I saw a very big and lengthy snake, as big as a python, and it was as if the snake was looking at me. Then I started shivering like I had seen a ghost. You may not believe it but from that moment, I saw those snakes every night when I went to sleep.”

According to Peterside, who now pastors a church called ‘Christ Ambassadors Church’ in South Africa, his major activity was to ‘initiate’ women by sleeping with them. “What actually took me to the next level in occultism was dependent on the number of women I slept with because my covenant was to initiate women. I didn’t sleep with them for love or any relationship; my mission was just to initiate them and move on,” he explained.

“Automatically, every women I slept with was initiated – no argument. I was basically looking out for and sleeping with virgins because it was a blood covenant. You know, blood is spilled when you dis-virgin a girl. It was crazy.”

In reward for his devilish actions, Idah stated that he lacked nothing materially and even possessed strange powers within his eyes. “I got used to the snakes and when I had any problem, I’ll just tell them what I needed,” he told Vanguard.

“Before I knew it, money would come from nowhere – money worth as much as N5000 which was big then. Those days, when I signed for Sharks Football Club, my sign off fee was N1000 – just to tell you the worth of N5000 then. Things were happening for me and there was nothing I asked any person for that I didn’t get. All I needed do was turn around and look into your eyes – anything I said was done, whether man or woman.”

In 1996 however, the young man tearfully turned to God in prayer, realising he was treading a path toward destruction. “I was calling on God to forgive me, to save me. While I was praying, sitting and crying, suddenly I got filled with the Holy Spirit and started speaking in tongues,” he recalled.

“The next morning, as I went to the toilet, I saw those demonic people appear to me and say, ‘We’ll kill you’ – and I ran out Unclad from the toilet. I got so involved in church activities that in three months, I was teaching the Bible at home. In six months, I took off from Iwuanyanwu Nationale and went to Bible school. Since then, I’ve remained in the church.”

When asked his greatest regret, the footballer who plied his trade in Nigeria, Israel and South Africa revealed it was the collapse of his first marriage. “The greatest mistake I made in my life was to marry a foreigner. I was married to the South African lady for eight and a half years and it just didn’t work. The lady was beautiful but the culture and beliefs weren’t the same at all. Today, I look around and advise young ones who would listen to marry from their fatherland.

Idah revealed that his wife was lured away by a South African musician, almost causing the collapse of his young church. “While we were married, she was also the worship leader in my church and we invited one musician from Cape Town to join in our worship section,” he reminisced. “I didn’t know he was also worshiping my wife away. One day, she called the lawyer and everything I worked for was gone. It was the most difficult period of my life.”

According to him, the persecution he endured at this period was pivotal to his ministry growth later on. “Any pastor that has not passed through persecution has not crossed to the next level. I would sit in my room to cry and the devil would be telling me that I don’t deserve to be a pastor when I can’t even keep a wife.”

“It’s a pity that some people do not realise that pastors go through pain like every other person. People were saying all sorts of things because they didn’t know my story and what I was passing through. People kill others sometimes with words and not knives or guns. Before the breakup of our marriage, our ministry had about 250 members and after that, the number came down to about 90 members. It was shocking but the Bible says that all things work together for good to them that do the will of God.”

Since, Idah has remarried and his church has grown steadily, even starting a television station called ‘Ambassadors TV’ which broadcasts its church services in South Africa.

When asked about his alleged relationship with Prophet T.B. Joshua of The Synagogue, Church Of All Nations (SCOAN), the one-time Super Eagles media officer under Shaibu Amodu, was unequivocal. “T.B. Joshua is my friend and I don’t care what people think about it,” he said, adding that his years in darkness increased his discernment to know genuine or fake pastors.

“There was an issue I had with a sick woman in my church and while I was praying for her in my closet God spoke to me and said, ‘Go to T.B. Joshua.’ Remember that I’ve served the devil, so I know when I see one. I said, ‘Ah! God, go to that man who I’ve heard terrible things about’ and he said, ‘Yes’.

Upon meeting Joshua, Peterside concluded that most negative perceptions about him were based on ‘hearsay’. “If you ask 90% of people who criticise him, they’ll tell you that they have heard so and so speculations and that is the problem. I want to say that it is a shame to the pastors and bishops who criticize him to allow him continue operating if he’s of the devil. I mean, if he’s operating under the influence of the devil, they should go and deliver him. If Joshua is of the devil then it means the devil has raised a standard and has told the church that satan even does more.”

Describing Joshua as ‘one of the greatest living prophets’, he continued, “It is impossible for any demon to deliver another demon. I know because I have served the devil. If TB Joshua were of the devil, he would not be delivering people. I want to warn all those people gossiping about him – have you met him? What was your encounter with him and so on? People should not forget that the greatest weapon of the devil is rumor and scandal.”

Explaining what convinced him of Joshua’s authenticity despite the myriad of controversies surrounding him, Peterside revealed an interesting encounter. “There was a pastor friend of mine that wanted to meet Joshua in South Africa and I took him to Joshua. While we sat down in his house, T.B. Joshua walked in and pointed at the man, saying, ‘You call yourself a man of God and you are misbehaving with a woman who’s not your wife – is that how a pastor should behave?’ T.B. Joshua refused to pray for the man. He told the man that those of who call ourselves men of God should live holy before God. Now tell me – will a sinner convict a sinner like this? And the man confessed and asked God to forgive him.”

How My Wife Was Impregnated By Her Boyfriend In Lagos

A real estate developer, Abraham Okoro, has exposed his estranged wife, Adedoyin Ogunmefun (nee Ajaba) before a Lagos Magistrate’s court in Ikeja on how she allegedly brought another man’s pregnancy to his house pleading with him to accept it.

Mr Okoro, who was giving evidence before Magistrate Abimbola Komolafe, said trouble started after the defendant lost her father in July 2000.
He said after the burial, his mother in-law, who was to go back to America a few weeks after, called a family meeting and said things were going to be difficult for the family after the demise of her husband.
Okoro added that after he enquired from his mother in- law what the matter was, he bought her a car to enable her move round…

The complainant, who said he formally married the defendant on June 17, 2006 and paid her dowry after two children, said he bought air ticket for his estrange wife, his two children and the mother in-law in July 2006 shortly after their marriage, for a vacation in US, stating that at the end of July, the wife came back to Nigeria and ran away with her two children on August 6, 2006.
He said she switched off her phone, but that they started living together again on Valentine ’s Day of 2007.
He said his wife then became pregnant and that he rejected his wife and mother-in-law’s pleading that he accept the pregnancy, because he had not touched her since the problems began.
Shocked by the revelations, Magistrate Komolafe adjourned the matter till April 8.

Woman Caught Having S3x While Hubby laid in Hospital Very Sick

Makoni’s husband, Aaron Mukanda has reportedly been on admission at Rusape General Hospital for about two weeks.
The incident occurred at R214 in Vengere, in Rusape district of Zimbabwe at about 10 am after following a tip-off, threatening to beat up his estranged auntie and labelling her “loose and a disgrace”.

According to Myzimbabwe.co.zw, angry relatives and neighbours invaded the house chanting denigrating songs, and police had to be called in to save the situation from degenerating into a bloodbath.

The woman’s partner in crime disclosed that the woman never told him she was married since he met and started a sexual relationship with her last September.

It got to a point the woman visited Makoni parents in the Chiemdambuya part of the country for formal introductions as their soon-to-be daughter-in-law in January 2015.
Stunned Makoni said, “I never knew she was married. I am now realising it now. We met in September and in January I introduced her to my family as we looked forward to marrying each other. She has been frequently visiting my parents so that she familiarises with the family customs and values before marriage.
“She invited me last Wednesday saying her auntie was in hospital. She is my girlfriend.”

Despite having a child with Mukanda, the woman denied having anything to do with her husband claiming that they have been living together since 2009 of which he didn’t pay a dime for her bride price.
She said, “We were cohabiting since 2009 and along the way I met Simon. He is my boyfriend and I love him. People can say what they want, but that is it and it is true.

“I have visited his family and I invited him last Wednesday because I wanted someone around. Godfrey has been told that there is a man staying here by one of the neighbours.

“He then popped up unexpectedly and caught us red-handed. I do not know what will happen, but I cannot regret falling for a man capable of taking good care of me.”
The woman was subsequently sent packing with her lover.

Alvan and Ugonwa Orji, from Ikot Nakanda, Akpabuyo local government area of Cross River State are now in police detention at the state Police Command, after a concerned neighbour reported how they have been physically abusing their 11-month-old baby boy over accusations that the toddler is bewitched and is the one behind their misfortunes.

The complainant, Barr. James Ibor, the Principal Counsel of Basic Rights Council Initiative (BRCI), a child rights advocate group, told the police that he received a complain from an undisclosed person
that the Alvan and his wife were in the habit of physically and emotionally assaulting their son constantly, giving him inhuman treatments such as tying him to a chair, using electric cable on him and consistently yelling at the boy.

Ibor then decided to carry out investigations into the allegation privately and sent some undercover agents to the Orjis wine shop in the town on several occasions.

The investigators confirmed what the neighbours had reported and after spending as much as an hour in the shop, they realized that the baby had been maltreated severally with scars on his body and face.

Ibor said neighbors also confirmed that the child’s father was in the habit of battering his only child with his belt and electric cable regularly.

After they were arrested, the Abia State born Orji confessed to inflicting injuries on his child but claimed he did so because the baby is possessed with 'Ogbanje' (Marine) spirit. They are still in detention while the baby was referred to the Police Hospital for medical reports on the degree of injuries and damages inflicted on the child.

Miracle! Baby found alive in car 14 hours after it plunged in river(Photos)

A toddler who was rescued after being trapped for more than 14 hours inside a car that had plunged into a Utah river.

The 18-month-old girl was flown to hospital after she was discovered by a fisherman on Saturday

According to AP,Lynn Jennifer Groesbeck, the girl's 25-year-old mother, who was the driver, died in the accident.

Police said the accident appears to have occurred on Friday as Groesbeck and her daughter were driving home to Springville, a suburb of Provo. A witness near the site heard a noise and investigated but observed nothing at the time, police said.


The car was discovered by a fisherman shortly after noon on Saturday, with the vehicle resting face-down in the water. When authorities arrived, they discovered the girl in her car seat, police said.

The car appears to have struck a cement barrier on a bridge before entering the river, police said, adding that the cause of the crash was not clear

TERRIBLE: Pastor Rapes Woman During Counseling Session In His Home

A woman who went to be counseled by a pastor has received the opposite of what she bargained after the pastor took advantage of her in his house and raped her.

The married pastor identified as Nathaniel Small, Jr., of of Greater Friendship Baptist Church, Georgia was however arrested after the woman, Kadijah Davis filed a suit against him in Chatham County State Court.
It was gathered that the victim who was not a member of Small’s church became endeared to him when he came over to their house and gave her words of encouragement following her dad’s death two years ago.
According to All Christian News, the location of the counseling service was per the request of Small’s wife, Barbara Small who was not home when the alleged abuse took place in February 2013.


In her lawsuit filed against the pastor, through her attorney, Thomas Hunter of Savannah, the victim said that the church had failed to stop Small from misusing “access gained through his pastoral position to sexually prey upon girls and women.”
She pasadded, “Church members and leaders were aware of defendant Nathaniel Small, Jr.’s predatory sexual misconduct and abuse of his pastoral position, or rumors or allegations thereof, but took no steps to prevent his further sexual misconduct with those with which he came into contact through his church position.”
She further demanded a compensation for the assault, negligence and infliction of emotional distress which the assault has caused her.

Woman Clubs Her Husband To Death With A Stick In Enugu

A woman has reportedly killed her husband with a stick in their residence located at Isiuzo Local Government Area of Enugu State.

The reason behind her unruly action which unfolded on Thursday, March 5, 2015 is yet to be ascertained.

The  victim, Elijah Agbo, from Imirike Agu village in the Udenu Local Government Area of the state, was reportedly in the living room with his wife and daughter shortly before the incident unfolded.

His wife simply identified as Grace sent their daughter to bed at about 9pm before she clubbed her husband’s head with a stick killing the man at the spot.

Deborah heard a loud cry which was accompanied with a thud and was stunned when she saw her dad’s lifeless body in the living room, according to Punch.

Confirming the incident, the police image maker, Ebere Amaraizu, disclosed that Grace has been arrested in connection with the murder which the force is yet to decipher the cause.

During the Sunday service on January 25, 2015 in Tembisa, Apostle J.B. Makananisa was conducting mass prayer to the congregation when a demon-possessed woman manifested and threatened to kill Prophet TB Joshua and President Jacob Zuma, SA Latest News reports.

Asked to explain why she did the heinous act, the woman whose name has not been revealed yet, said she wanted to fix Prophet TB Joshua because he is very powerful and that she didn't want South Africans to visit him.

She also said her next mission will be in Tanzania where she intends to cause havoc and acquire more powers. "People go to Nigeria, heee, they go to Nigeria, I will pick them, I will destroy that church. You don't know me. I'm coming, now I'm going to Tanzania, yes, you will know me, I'll get more powers," she said. As if that was not enough, the seemingly evil and demon-possessed woman also declared to kill President Jacob Zuma whom she accused of bringing foreigners into the country. "I will kill Zuma, he brings people, he makes people unite, I'm tired, he brings people, foreigners, Chinas, Indians, Nigerians, all of these people, they come here, ah no, no, I'm tired," she said while being confronted by the apostle.

 The woman only identified herself in the video as "the boss", the boss of this world who kills people. She said if foreigners continue coming into South Africa, she will kill them all. Apparently the woman had come to Charis Missionary Church while following a certain girl whom she is tormenting and also wants to kill.
She said she wanted to kill the young girl because she (the girl) was exposing their dark world. Charis Missionary Church was started in Tembisa Zone 10 as a home grown church on September 19, 1999 with just a hand full of members under the leadership of Prof. Apostle JB Makananisa and his wife Dr. Pastor Eunice Makananisa. Since then the church grew and moved to an open land in 2006 located just off Madiba drive in Zone 5, Tembisa, South Africa. The church now hosts a capacity of more than 5000 members.
